Q. What media format does the BVOV TV Subscription come on?
A. The BVOV TV Broadcast subscripiton media is a dual layer dvd disk containing 2 weeks of the daily boardcast.

Q. Can I still download the BVOV free of charge?
A. Yes you can, by going to the broadcasts page for 24-hour online viewing of all our daily Believer's Voice of Victory.

Q. Can I Start my Subscription at anytime?
A. Yes, you can nominate when you would like your subscription to start.

Q. What will I receive for my 6 month Subscription?
A. A 6 month subscription will entitle you to 13 fortnight issues of the Believers Voice of Victory Broadcast on DVD, regardless of when you start your subscription.

Q. What will I receive for my 12 month Subscription?
A. A 12 month subscription will entitle you to 26 fortnight (a full 52 weeks)issues of the Believers Voice of Victory Broadcast on DVD, regardless of when you start your subscription.

Q. Will I get the Broadcast even if it's not shown on TV?
A. You will always receive your Subscription even if it has been bumped off or not shown on TV.

Q. Can I purchase multiple Subscriptions?
A. Yes

Q. How long will it take before I get my first Subscription in the mail?
A. It should start approximately three to four weeks after your payment has been received. Then every two weeks.

Q. What sort of equipment do I need to play the DVD's?
A. Any standard dvd player.

Q. Can I cancel my Subscription?
A. Yes, you can cancel at anytime, but you still may receive one Subscription after our receipt of your notification to cancel.

Q. Can I get a refund if I cancel my Subscription?
A. A refund request must be submitted in writing to KCM Australia for consideration. Refunds will be considered on a pro-rata basis.

Q. Will I be reminded to renew prior to my subscription ending?
A. Yes, we will send you a reminder letter.

Q. At the end of my 6 or 12 month subscription how do I renew?
A. By either:

• Completing & returning the order form enclosed with your subscription.
• Re-Subscribing through our Online Store (sign-in required)
• Phoning the KCM Australia office.
• The subscription card in the BVOV magazine.

Q. When I resubscribe when will my new subscription start?
A. If you have resubscribed before you're original Subscription runs out your new Subscription will start as soon as the old one is completed.

Q. What if I don't want to renew my subscription at the end of my 6 or 12 month period?
A. That's Ok, if you haven't renewed by the end of your subscription period it will automatically stop.

Q. Can I still order just one week?
A. Yes you will be sent 2 weeks on the one dvd at the cost of $15 per dvd.

Q. Can I subscribe monthly.
A. No we only have the options of 6 months or 12 months for subscription.
